Presidential Speeches (Chávez) employs a parsing software developed by Merhi to analyze all the presidential speeches delivered by Hugo Chávez, former President of Venezuela. The bottom of the screen has a flowing red tide, representing the increasing deaths in Venezuela.
Words appear on red color and move from left to right within twenty dynamic lines. The software generates new discourses based on the word's frequency of occurrence. Some words grow in size or vanish depending of their recurrence, generating a new speech. The result can be described as an endless Dadaist poem which points out the current political scenario of South America.
